1. Return / Refund Window

• Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving their order.

2. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Return

• Contact us at info@classywall.pk within 7 days to initiate a return.
• We will provide instructions or a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, except for defective or damaged items.
• Please keep proof of return shipment.

4. Refund / Exchange

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• For defective or damaged items, we may offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom orders (unless defective) cannot be returned.
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging may be rejected or partially refunded.
